Screened before 2nd grind to remove dirt & smaller twigs.   Coarse Grind Hardwood Mulch Single grind, approx 4-6 inches in length, consisting of the whole tree.   Rec-Step Certified Playground Chips Rec-Step Certified Playground chips that are re-ground to a 1” – 1 ½” inch size and engineered to all certifications required for playground use.   Screened Chips Whole tree chips that are screened & re-ground to a 1 – 1 ½” inch size.
